Rhode Island Citizen Charles Picerno was physically forced out of the Rhode Island Traffic Court on 12-10-2009 by court security after raising the legitimate legal question regarding the courts jurisdiction pursuant to Art. 10 §4 of the RI Constitution. The court has steadfastly refused to answer this valid legal question in Mr. Picerno's other cases. Court security also shouted to Mr. Picerno that his lawyer, Atty. Keven McKenna was a "fucking bastard" and Mr. Picerno was not to re-enter the court. Stay tuned...
